Santé, in historic downtown Matthews, is a fine dining eclectic French/American themed restaurant focused on serving locally raised product. The menu changes seasonally to reflect what the Chef finds available at the local, meaning across the street, Matthew’s farmer’s market.

Santé is named for a toast in French, “a votre santé”, translated to “to your health.” in honor of Chef Adam’s French heritage.

Co-owners Veronica and Adam Reed moved to Matthews in 1997 and opened Santé in 2001. They are excited to serve the Matthews community and the extended Charlotte area.

Lunch:  Tuesday – Friday 11:00 – 2:00

Dinner: Tuesday – Thursday 5:00 – 9:00

Friday and Saturday 5:00 – 10:00
